The inner coating uses epoxy phenolic food-grade material. The coating thickness is 8 to 12 microns.

Every food grade conical drum goes through a spark pinhole test. This test happens after the coating cures and before packaging. The drum passes through a detection channel. If the machine finds any pinhole defect, we reject that drum immediately. It never enters our finished goods warehouse. This is our final defense for food safety. The coating meets both FDA 21CFR and GB4806.10 food contact standards. This means our food grade conical drum can safely touch all kinds of food materials. The coating will not transfer harmful substances to your products. The lid has a food-grade silicone gasket. The open-top closing ring structure lets you open and close the lid with your bare hands.
