Fruit Juice Conical Drum

Our fruit juice conical drum is engineered for the chemical properties of acidic juice. The capacity is 220 liters. The wall thickness is not less than 1.0 millimeter. The inner coating uses food-grade epoxy phenolic material. This coating can handle a pH range of 2.5 to 4.5. This covers orange juice, apple juice, pineapple juice, and many others. The coating will not swell or peel. It will not affect the flavor or safety of your juice. The open-top closing ring structure makes filling and discharging easy. The bottom has a vent hole. Air escapes smoothly during filling. This prevents pressure from building up inside the drum.

Our electrostatic spray painting line can apply both inner and outer coatings. We have separate spray booths for inner and outer coatings. This avoids cross-contamination. We use epoxy phenolic food-grade powder that passes SGS testing. The powder contains no lead, no mercury, no plasticizers, and no toxins. Our three drying tunnels ensure precise curing temperature and time. The coating adhesion is stable and reliable. Our fruit juice conical drum has a food-grade silicone gasket for secure sealing. The outer surface has an anti-rust paint coating. The weld is smooth with no air holes. The double seam is complete with no cracks.
