Our production line has automatic leveling machines and shearing machines. These machines guarantee that every steel sheet is cut to the exact size. This conical steel drum has a nominal capacity of 220 liters. The wall thickness is 1.0 millimeter. The opening diameter is 553 millimeters. The bottom diameter is 515.5 millimeters.

We use the double seam process on our conical steel drum. This is one of the most mature seaming methods in the steel drum industry. The seamed area is complete with no cracks. It will not separate or leak during use. Our automatic seam welder ensures continuous welds. The weld is smooth with no air holes and no missed spots. After welding, every drum goes through a leak tester. This confirms that each weld is reliably sealed. This conical steel drum has no inner coating. The inner surface is bare steel. We conduct timed inspections during production. Before packaging and shipping, we inspect every single drum 100%. We accept third-party inspections.
