Fruit Puree Conical Drum

Our fruit puree conical drum handles the thickest materials. Fruit puree is even thicker than fruit pulp. Some purees are almost like paste at room temperature. We designed this drum specifically for these heavy materials. The bottom uses thicker and denser reinforcing ribs than our standard pulp drum. These ribs distribute the weight pressure more effectively. The large opening gives you full access. You can insert discharge pumps or scrapers directly into the drum. This makes unloading thorough and cleaning simple. Our fruit puree conical drum has a capacity of 220 liters. The wall thickness is not less than 1.0 millimeter.

The inner coating on our fruit puree conical drum uses food-grade epoxy phenolic material. It meets food contact safety standards. The coating surface is smooth. This reduces pulp adhesion to the drum walls. Less material stays on the walls during discharge. The open-top structure comes with a closing ring. The lid opens wide, giving you plenty of working space. We performed a 20kPa air tightness test. The drum held pressure for 5 minutes with no leakage.
