Every batch of reinforced bottoms goes through a load test. This ensures the bottom does not deform during stacking and handling. Our fruit pulp conical drum has a capacity of 220 liters. The wall thickness is not less than 1.0 millimeter.

The inner coating on our fruit pulp conical drum uses food-grade EPF material. It passes a spark pinhole test. This confirms there are no pinholes or defects. The coating protects your pulp from direct contact with steel. The bottom has reinforced ribs. These ribs handle the weight pressure of high-viscosity fruit pulp. The open-top ring structure lets you remove the lid easily. You can reach inside with tools to discharge the pulp. Cleaning is also very convenient. The food-grade silicone gasket provides a reliable seal. We performed a 3-meter stacking test for 24 hours. The body and bottom showed no deformation. Our fruit pulp conical drum stacks well in warehouses and containers.
