Tapered Bucket

Our 220L tapered bucket is the most popular model in our export business. We are Anhui Lining Packaging Container Co., Ltd., a real factory in Dangshan, China. We started production here in 2007. We are not a trading company. Every bucket comes from our own production lines. Our factory covers 9,800 square meters. We have 55 workers on regular days. We can expand to 78 workers during busy seasons. We welcome all buyers to visit our factory. You can see the whole process, from steel sheets to finished steel drums.

This tapered bucket has a total height of 975 millimeters. The inner diameter of the opening is 553 millimeters. The outer diameter of the bottom is 522 millimeters. We control all tolerances strictly between ±2 and ±5 millimeters. We do not use vague terms like "about." The size of every single bucket stays the same. You can choose the wall thickness for the body, bottom, and lid. We adjust it based on your goods. For heavy items, we make it thicker. For light items, we make it thinner. This helps you control your buying costs. The open-top design uses a closing ring. You can open and close the lid with your bare hands. You do not need any tools.

The lid has a food-grade silicone gasket. It meets food contact safety rules. We perform a 20kPa air tightness test. We hold the pressure for 5 minutes with no leaks. This tapered bucket is excellent for liquid items like juice and fruit pulp. The bucket body uses a double seam process. The weld is smooth with no sharp edges. You can fill it right after you receive it. The outside has an anti-rust paint coating. The paint film is 15 to 20 microns thick. It provides great rust protection and resists chipping. For export, we use fumigation-free molded pallets. We place foam partitions between buckets to prevent scratches. We secure everything with packing straps and stretch film. This setup is ideal for long ocean shipments. The minimum order quantity is 2,000 units. We can provide free samples. Mass production takes about 10 days.
