200l Tight-head Steel Drum

Our 200l tight-head steel drum uses a double threaded plug sealing system. The 2-inch threaded plug is for filling and discharging. The 3/4-inch threaded plug is for venting. Both plugs seal reliably when tightened. This design suits long-distance transport and long-term storage of liquid materials. The body has ring reinforcements. These rings resist side pressure from liquid movement inside the drum. Our 200l tight-head steel drum has a total height of 890 millimeters. The tolerance is within ±3 millimeters. The opening inner diameter is 560 millimeters. The tolerance is within ±2 millimeters. The bottom outer diameter is 580 millimeters. The tolerance is within ±2 millimeters.

You can choose the wall thickness for our 200l tight-head steel drum. The double seam process ensures complete seams with no cracks. We performed a 20kPa air tightness test. The drum held pressure for 5 minutes with no leakage. The outer surface has an anti-rust paint coating. This 200l tight-head steel drum has no inner coating. Our leak tester checks every drum after seaming. The tester uses compressed air to detect any leakage. Only drums that pass this test enter the painting stage. Our automatic seam welder produces continuous welds with no missed spots.
